There will be takes when this is over. This is the most important game of the Celtics season in some ways: mainly because its the next game on their schedule.
Win, please and thank you.
Win, please and thank you.
Bucks listed him questionable, but sources are saying he's out. That stinks. I'm seeing GTD.
Bully the Bucks.
This sucks. I'm going to the game tonight. I bought into partial season tickets for 8 games this year and this was my best game of the season. No Giannis tonight.
I fear that you are correct that the margin will be a narrative. Let there be angles!!!How big a Celtics win is big enough to overcome the "But there was no Giannis" takes? 40? 50? 60?
Considering they lost to the Lakers without LeBron and AD… whatever. Just win and knock 2 games off the magic #How big a Celtics win is big enough to overcome the "But there was no Giannis" takes? 40? 50? 60?
Whatever we lost by in January, I guess. Which was... 33? Yikes. I'm changing my vote to "to hell with the takes, haters gonna hate, just stay healthy and ideally win the game".How big a Celtics win is big enough to overcome the "But there was no Giannis" takes? 40? 50? 60?
DId he get hurt or is he just a prima donna give up-er?No Giannis tonight.
Thanks. I got to start paying attention to the rest of the NBA.Left knee tendinopathy is the injury, he was out on Sunday as well.
Whether that's a real injury or veiled load management is another question entirely
That's actually where I am. I find the hot-take machine amusing. (mostly because I only know what it's spewing from here. I think the only national non-game action I've seen this season was halftime of a recent ESPN game where there was much doomsday droning about something other than the Celtics leading by 40 points at halftime.) I dont get angry at the likes of Perkins or Smith any more than I get angry at the neighbor's dog for shitting on my lawn. Or at clouds for dropping rain. It's what they do.Considering they lost to the Lakers without LeBron and AD… whatever. Just win and knock 2 games off the magic #

Even including playoffs, Giannis has played more total minutes so far this year (2,240) than last year (2,115). Even if the #1 is out of reach, I'm sure they still want as high a seed as possible (and definitely don't want to slip to 4/5 and get the Celtics in round 2), but they need to start getting him as much rest as possible. He really hasn't been an ironman in recent seasons (he missed an average of 15 games per season from 2021-2023), and he's averaging more mpg than he has since 2018.Left knee tendinopathy is the injury, he was out on Sunday as well.

we want the Celtics to beat the stuffing out of everyone in their wayHmmm
maybe the Celtics should lay down tonight to make it easier for Bucks to stay at 3?
I don’twant them in Rd 2 (although at this pointI shouldwelcome all comers)
If the Celtics don’t make it out of the East it will be an epic, catastrophic failure regardless of who they face and in what round.Hmmm

That's great, but he still procreated, which seems really unnecessary.I just had the misfortune to learn that Felger will be at the game tonight - probably decked out in Bucks gear. In better news it sounds like his kids are Celtics fans.
Is that you, Marlin? If the Celtics don’t make it out of the East it will be an epic, catastrophic failure regardless of who they face and in what round.
They are definitely targeting himI'm getting visions of everyone trying to get KP in a switch in the playoffs
