You really shouldn't lose stretches of any game by 30, particularly conditional on also having been up 30, with everything that implies about relative quality of play on that day.
The clippers defy all logic. This is a garbage loser franchise to its core. They never had a chance being up 30.
Three straight possessions. Luka is bad on defense. Luka with 5 fouls is very vulnerable to the switch to say the least. Come on Clips, let's make this a series.

Luka is so bad at defense. Harden keeps going at him and the Dallas team is desperately trying to rotate to him away. It isn't that Luka can't just keep players in front of him, he stubbornly sucks at team defense and yells at everyone else.
Compared to luka with 5 fouls, yeah. Literally running away from the ball, mavs would almost be better off going to a 4 man zone and just having Luka sit under the opposing basket.

I can't believe anyone votes for Luka for MVP. his horrible defense lost this game. There is a serious question if he should be in with a close game at the end if you have a lead.

Same here. Sort of hate watching but also...admiring how great some of the play is. Kyrie is he who he is... but damn he's also pretty to watch. And now that Harden isn't constantly hunting fouls at the 3 point line, a lot easier to admire his genius, too.
Dallas trys to intentionally foul, but the NBA's new focus on "letting them play" means you have to commit physical assault to make sure you get the whistle.
