Jayson Tatum's Rise to the Top

Tatum is averaging exactly at 10.0 REB/GM which is good for 5th among all remaining players (and 8th including eliminated teams).

Jaylen Brown: Will he be enough in Year 8?

Brown was the key tonight as he was an efficient 13/17 FG with 2/3 3PT to go along with the game's best +18. P. S. It was almost miraculous/fortunate that he only got 2 FT (missed them both). He's now at 62.1%. That's the 6th worst % among remaining players with 2+ games played.

    Round 2: Celtics vs Cavs

And 2nd highest +/- at +15 only trailing Brown's +18. Jru's early buckets were critical in keeping the score tight in the 1st half.

Jayson Tatum's Rise to the Top

Mitchell played 43 minutes, the most out of all players (Tatum 42 & Brown 41). I thought throwing Jru, White, Brown etc. at Mitchell tired him out as his shots started to fall short in the 4th.

    Round 2: Celtics vs Cavs

If I remember correctly, Cavs never got closer than 9, same deficit as was at the half.

    Round 2: Celtics vs Cavs

And only 2 FT. That was a relief.

    Round 2: Celtics vs Cavs

That felt nerve-racking until about 2 minutes to go. One question. I thought Horford looked slow and couldn't keep up especially late (although +12 for the game). He played 39 minutes versus Kornet's 8. Why didn't Mazz play Kornet more?

Jayson Tatum's Rise to the Top

13 reb with 12 coming from the defensive end. Tatum was tremendous tonight.

Barmore stays a Patriot: 4 years/up to $92 million extension

I'm really liking retaining the core players. This offseason is getting a solid A so far.

    R1/3: Drake Maye QB UNC

Absolutely. Maye was my pick from the start and was nervous that Commanders might come to their senses and pick him ahead of Daniels.

Spurs 23/24: I'm Loving Big Ange Instead

And Sonny played his 400th game as a Spur as well as being the 5th highest goal scorer in the club's history. What a career he has carved for himself.

Spurs 23/24: I'm Loving Big Ange Instead

The match completely swung after Deki was swapped out with Johnson. My question is, why doesn't Johnson start? I know he makes his share of mistakes but seems much more suited to the way Ange wants to play. And here's hoping for VDV coming back soon. Dragusin may be playing a bit out of...

    Jrue the Damaja

That was one of the best interviews of a pro athlete. I was thinking losing Jru in the off-season won't hurt but as a fan, I think it will. A ton of respect to him and his family.

Spurs 23/24: I'm Loving Big Ange Instead

That seems to be one of the few things that are true about the incident. Speaking of Korean players, we have a "Korean Derby" coming up between Son & Wolves' Hwang Heechan.

Spurs 23/24: I'm Loving Big Ange Instead

There's a huge controversy right now in SK with the entire nation wanting the Korean Football Association to fire Klinsmann but the head of it is standing firm. Of course he was the one who went against advisors in hiring him in the first place. Son's fingers got dislocated when he got...

Disappointing tourney after getting bounced out of the Asian Cup but what a return for Son. Fantastic last-minute whip into the box for Johnson's winning goal.

End of an Era: Bill Belichick and Patriots to part ways

I am extremely sad. Results aside this year, it's truly an end of an era that gave me countless hours of joy and thrill. I'll be rooting for BB's next team no matter what.
