A Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
LOL and The Mecca will always be The Mecca.Have they said yet that basketball is better when the Knicks are a good team?
The NBA just can't succeed without a strong team in NYC.Have they said yet that basketball is better when the Knicks are a good team?
Just Larry BirdA Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
well, the Colts just hung a banner for this.A Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
John Cougar Mellencamp. David Letterman.A Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
I’m legit worried for the safety and health of the C’s. He's going to be out of control. Can’t wait to see how on-tilt Nesmith is going to be.
Give them credit on it. It's theirs.Knicks have by far the best “deee-fence” chant in the NBA.
Caitlin Clark.A Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
Peyton?A Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
Nesmith is going to be mainlining Monster Energy and watching supercuts of the underrated MMA film "Warrior" before each game.I’m legit worried for the safety and health of the C’s. He's going to be out of control.
The only really bad thing about today, he was in a deep slump and this might have snapped him out of it. Shouldn't matter, but still.Aaron Nesmith, 19 points on 8-8 shooting in a game 7 at MSG.
Now fucking destroy him, Ime style.
Gregg Doyel just came back from suspension and is restricted to giving his bad weird basketball takes to the men's game.A Knicks Celts series would have been enjoyable. Oh well. Are there any Indy celebrities we can mock?
Good point. The human pinball. You never know who he is going to upend next.I’m legit worried for the safety and health of the C’s. He's going to be out of control.
I called him out for this on another thread and the response was as if I had said he kills puppies.I’m a Breen fan, but he sounds absolutely devastated, he can’t hide it.
I love dogs so I am reluctant to say this but now I am curious what Breen would sound like if he was narrating while killing puppies.I called him out for this on another thread and the response was as if I had said he kills puppies.
The dude is a Knick fan. It’s not a good look when it’s so obvious on national television
This was the worst I’ve seen from him, but that’s probably because this is the closest they’ve gotten to the conference finals in 25 years.I called him out for this on another thread and the response was as if I had said he kills puppies.

This post ought to be pinned to the top of the Port Cellar for the next 2 weeks. This is what Indy is like. They will win a game or two when they scorch like this. That's how the Cs lost the in season tournament game against them. Please don't tear down the board after the Cs lose one.
Again, they are going to lose a game or more. The board will burn. This post ought to be pinned to the top of the Port Cellar for the next 2 weeks.
I agree with you until the end - nothing beats The Town! I know for sure that CJM has my back on this one!Nesmith is going to be mainlining Monster Energy and watching supercuts of the underrated MMA film "Warrior" before each game.
"Warrior" >>> "The Town"
I don’t disagree but just to put this out there…This was the worst I’ve seen from him, but that’s probably because this is the closest they’ve gotten to the conference finals in 25 years.
BANGI love dogs so I am reluctant to say this but now I am curious what Breen would sound like if he was narrating while killing puppies.
I don’t know who Steve Ells is but I am definitely ready to make fun of Irsay, Reggie and PolianPeyton?
Jim Irsay/Bill Polian
Reggie Miller
Steve Ells
I know the game and broadcasting were different back in the 80s but this is what always struck me when Tommy Heinsohn would be on the CBS broadcast of NBA Finals games with the Celtics playingThe dude is a Knick fan. It’s not a good look when it’s so obvious on national television…
Of course, I’d be the first to scream FUCK YOU BREEN YOU HOMER MUTANT. I keep two sets of books as much as the next guy when it comes to sports.I don’t disagree but just to put this out there…
Next round it would have been against the Celtics and he would have been “in his bag” more.
There’s a 0% chance anyone on this board would have been sticking up for him or talking about how it’s “cool” to see his more human side or whatever

Maybe just living outside the NE for a long time has made the NY-Boston stuff feel further away, but I just don't get that worked up about people from NY being a certain way anymore. The whole northeast corridor from Philly on up blends into people-in-cold-places-getting-angry-about-sports with enough miles and time between.I don’t disagree but just to put this out there…

I'm a huge dog lover. The original post made me cringe. Yet I have to admit this made laugh.BANG
BANGBANGBANG
Same. LGRDisappointing, but I just can't be too sad about it. Once OG went down I figured Indiana would come back and take the series. The injuries that came afterward just made it a certainty. Fun season and I'm already looking forward to next season.
from the Knicks “dynasty” days. It always pains me a little when I hear it in Boston.Give them credit on it. It's theirs.
The problem with a quantity for quality swap is that they are relying on a couple of guys (OG, Robinson) that really cannot be relied on to stay healthy. When you've got a couple of guys like that, unless you're sending them out via trade, you're taking some real chances with your depth. Think Boston essentially doing a 4 for 2 swap this past summer, but it worked in large part because 3 of the 4 we sent out were major injury risks (and combined to miss 181 games this season). I'm looking to trade Robinson if I'm the Knicks.Really looking forward to seeing what the Knicks do with this off season and this roster
When fully healthy, I can't help but think they'd benefit from one consolidation trade, that exchanged how deep they are in back-end starters for a strong top 6. Not sure what that would look like, beyond that fact that Bog seems the guy who Thibs is going to be the least enamored of
Yeah, I'll admit that I haven't gone through the Knicks contracts and thought about what this might look like. But have the general impression that they did a bunch of opportunistic moves in the last 12-18 months to add talent, and now that they have a real >50 win playoff team they could stand to tweak around the edgesThe problem with a quantity for quality swap is that they are relying on a couple of guys (OG, Robinson) that really cannot be relied on to stay healthy. Yup. Feel the same way and have not/will not chant it.from the Knicks “dynasty” days. It always pains me a little when I hear it in Boston.
It also worked for Boston because they trusted PP and Kornet and Hauser to step up and develop. Thibs seems more, let's say.....reluctant to that. The problem with a quantity for quality swap is that they are relying on a couple of guys (OG, Robinson) that really cannot be relied on to stay healthy.
