I am using a MacBook Air M3. Connect to the office through Citrix and Citrix Receiver.
I was working just fine all day today. Not sure what I did, but I cannot type anything now in Citrix, it will not recognize the keyboard. Mouse is working fine, it is just the keyboard. Any suggestions greatly appreciated, as our IT group seems to be long gone and I have some stuff I have to get done.
edit: whatever I've done, it is at the Citrix level. I've used my son's computer in a pinch before, and tried logging on with that. logged on fine and same issue-mousepad works, no inputs from keyboard.
