    Schauffele's win today led me to check on X. Currently at -.2 WAR and a 72 OPS+ while almost exclusively playing 2b. He was similarly bad in the first half last season, so there's still hope.

    OKC electing not to use their wealth of picks to bring in Gafford was appears to have been a massive mistake. This was clear since Game 1 (at the latest).

    I'm not sure what ESPN is doing with the floor mics, but not being able to hear any whistles really detracts from watching the game. Edit - I think there is so much swearing on some of the fouls that they have to kill the mic audio.

    They are loaded with guys who could score 25 or disappear during any given quarter and there's no way to predict when it'll be. Naz Reid can be completely dominant for a half and then you forget he's even on the team by the end of the 3rd.

    Benintendi now at -1.2 FanGraphs WAR and -1.5 BRef. At least on FanGraphs, that's tied for worst in MLB. That hamate surgery seems to have really crushed him.
