The Arsenal white jerseys are an anti-knife crime statement.
Yes, It's 'No More Red'

No More Red is an initiative between Arsenal and adidas that will see adidas support the long-standing work being done by Arsenal in the Community to keep young people safe from knife crime and youth violence.

London has a huge problem with knife crime. I'm not gonna knock the initiative, but it's gonna take goverment investment into areas of social deprivation and so on and so forth...

Oh my Shrewsbury player had a great chance to even it up. but he's got it all wrong, shanked it well wide from 7 yards.

That was a much closer effort from outside the box.

Not long to go now.

game over. Wrexham in the hat for the 4th round.
Shrewsbury had several good chances that went just wide or over. Could’ve had more than one with a bit more clinicality.

Martin Tyler is awful. Both Trent and Odegaard have had almost screamers just hit the crossbar and he’s barely noticed

All I'm really thinking watchin this is Liverpool need another central defender, but one that's super comfortable on the ball with a decent passing range.

They're pretty thin right now with VVD out and Mac Allister not really up to speed - too sleepy. Arsenal’s press has really given Liverpool problems.

Even on the scoresheet, even on crossbars. I’ll take it. Mind you, a replay only benefits City.

Feels like the EPL teams are mostly paired against each other, depending on how the replays shake out.

There will be at least 6 championship or lower teams that are going to go through the final 16 and maybe a few more.

Only team more annoyed with that draw than Spurs are Man City.

The 718

Vindicated.

Actually works out well for Everton. As bad as it was, the red was around the 80th minute, so its impact on the game was minimal. So survived and earned the replay at Goodison, notwithstanding the extra fixture for a banged up squad it's an opportunity to win and advance in a favorable-looking draw- not only does the next round look good (either Luton or Bolton at home, nvm that Luton already won at Goodison) but top PL sides continue to be paired against each other, knocking each other out.

Yet another bad look for PGMOL - which has, apparently a new CEO (can’t find the link)

Good for them. It's a pretty significant indictment. I'm sure it has happened before, but it's hard to remember a red card appeal working when the call on the field was play on, but reversed by VAR. Usually it's when a ref thinks he sees something and calls a card on the field that VAR doesn't overturn.

I expect there was probably some internal pressure to uphold, because my goodness what an indictment of the whole fucking thing. But they did the right thing, which is something at least.
