In the pipeline we have Jason Kander, and Alan Day from Four Year Strong (we're going to do an episode dedicated to eulogizing the Warped Tour), and Joe Kassabian (author of The Hooligans of Kandahar). We're working on some other pretty good names as well.BTW, Nice get! You've had some good guests. I may have to subscribe now. How are you getting them?
We'll definitely bring up Brunch a bit, as it's one of my favorite podcasts. I like this line of questioning though, thanks!I'll be honest, I'd be tempted to ask him questions solely about Brunch. I wonder his thoughts on starting a podcast and how it's evolved over the couple years they've been doing it.
It's the "Everything is Awful" Podcast.I'm not sure that hearing, or seeing in print, "BERGERON! BERGERON!" will ever not give me chills. Or other feelings I shouldn't admit to in public.
What is the name of your podcast?
I think NBC Boston is hitching their wagon to Pete's sidekick, DJ Bean. At least, I hope they are. He's just as smart as Pete, but a little different in his humor. That's awesome I can't wait to listen. I know he's got a decent national gig but I'm surprised he's not a bigger star. He's young, good looking, very funny and very knowledgable about hockey and could do a passable job on many other topics. Hopefully he's destined for big things in the future. NBC Boston would be smart to build something around him rather than continuing to trot out Tanguay on a regular basis.
CongratsWho do I have to bribe to get my tag changed. As of 3 hours ago she’s completely adrift of me and I could not be more relieved.
I think you were going for "congrats on the ex".Congratson the sex.
I mean, it's the offseason. What better time than now?Thank you. At some point, I'm going to share how absolutely ridiculous this entire year has been.
Seriously. We need details!I mean, it's the offseason. What better time than now?
She had PTSD. It was messy as fuck. I’m sorry it’s not entertaining. My lawyer was worth every penny. I might share more later, but right now its about running away from that fight and not having it anymore.Seriously. We need details!
All kidding aside. Congratulations. Nothing is better than getting a pain in the ass relationship out of your life. I was lucky enough to cut the cord on my pain in the ass ex before we got married and it was the best decision I ever made in my life. I met my wife 2 years after that and 15 years later I couldn’t be happier.
Pretend I could link a .gif of someone saying "appology accepted" here. I tried for 10 minutes to link it and it kept coming up broken.
I finally got around to listening and it was great. I've only really listened to him on Brunch so I forgot how much hockey he actually knows and not just Boston but the entire league. So that was great because I haven't thought much about the upcoming season yet. I also liked how quickly the topics switched from beer to his Trump tweet to the Ottawa Senators and he just rolled with it. Fun podcast thanks for the heads up hereIf anyone listened and has some feedback, we’d love to hear it.
