SoxProspects agrees on Dobbins & Ramirez. Since then Bear Claw has become not an option & they have BVB in his place. He last pitched on Thursday & would be next in line. I wouldn't have been surprised if they went with a spot start from Rio to keep them on 5 days, but BVB is listed on the MiLB page.

They have Song instead of JDE. Which is happening according to the MiLB page, but JDE pitched last Tuesday & Song on Wednesday. But I guess they figure with Song going 4 he still doesn't need the whole week & they want to get him more innings.

Turns out it's both Song AND JDE which makes sense with how much JDE has struggled & the addition of Yordanny. Except it still leaves an org filler day.

Yorke was 1-2 with a double, 2 walks & a steal (11).

Rosier had his 45th steal & Binelas also had his 11th.

Mosqueda pitched 2.1 innings with 3 strikeouts & the only baserunner was a HBP.

Justin Garza came in with the bases empty & promptly loaded them on 2 singles & a walk.

It's harder to get excited about a WooSox outfield of Crook/Zimmer/Fitzgerald than it was when it included C Note & Wilyer.

Ugly 4th inning for Salem. Lyonell James error prevented the inning from being over & they've given up 3 runs & changed pitchers to Garrett Ramsey.

Side note - bringing Garrett Ramsey in with the bases loaded might not be the wisest choice (he walked his 1st hitter).

Due to the rain delay JDE's night comprised of facing 2 batters - 1 fly out & 1 walk.

Reidis Sena finished the inning unscathed after the delay.

Umm yup...facts check out.

Last year he allowed 32 earned runs & 36 total runs.

This year he has allowed 36 earned runs & 61 total runs.

Adding to the positives, Stanley Tucker just got his 1st A-ball hit & it was a 3-run homer to cut the deficit to 8-5.
